The New Star Warrior(Meta KnightxReader) Chapter 2

“I’ve had these powers ever since I was young,” you began while you all were sitting around Kirby’s igloo shaped home, “I can’t remember a time where I did not have them. I was only about three when my parents began to truly train me for about seven years with my powers. Near the middle of that time, some man in a brown cloak came to my home. My parents had sent me up to my room. I was about seven. My curiosity I had got the best of me and I found out that the man was warning my family about the destiny I had to face.”

“What destiny was that?” Tuff asked while you had paused what you were saying.

Tiff and Kirby looked at you with curious faces as you replied, “My destiny was unknown to me because my parents had kept the secret from me that I was a star warrior. Then I also found out that they were Star Warriors. This was the part of my life where I realized that I would be one of the youngest of the fighting Star Warriors in the big war that was about to commence. When the war was starting between the Star Warriors and Nightmare Enterprises, the evil monster making company the Star Warriors were trying to defeat, I was almost 11. It was tough for me for a while because I stayed with my mom while my dad went to fight the war. The Star Warriors wanted to keep me safe because I was one of the youngest. I know that there was one other Star Warrior that they protected for awhile. He was only a little older than me.”

“Do you know who it was?” Tiff asked.

“I have no idea, Tiff,” you replied, “but all I know is his face that I saw for a few moments. The only reason I had saw his face was because I had to leave the house after my mom had left for the war for a few weeks. She promised she would come back within that time, so I decided to set out and figure out where they were. I wanted to try to end the war. After many small battles and clashing with many warriors who were surprised that I was even out there with them, I figured out that half of the Star Warriors had died by that point in the war. My parents were in that group of the dead warriors. From that moment on, I decided that I would avenge my parent’s death and try to help other Star Warriors, so all of the rest of us could survive together. That also did not work.”

“What happened exactly?” Tuff asked.

“It was really rough for the next few months,” you began to say, “There were lots of deaths of many Star Warriors. The warriors failed in the end. I honestly though I was the only survivor, so when I left my home planet in the galaxy, I began the search for other Star Warriors so the Star Warriors would never die out. I am determined to fulfill that mission and now I think I have. It makes me so happy to know that I will not be alone in being a Star Warrior because my ship told me that there were two warp stars here which means there are two Star Warriors here!”

“You mean Kirby and Meta Knight?” Tiff asked.

“Meta Knight?” you asked.

“Yes. He is a good friend of ours and you should meet him.”

“That would be great!”

“We should go find him in the castle then,” Tuff stated.

“In the castle?” you asked.

“Yes. He works for King Dedede there.”

“He works for that king guy that tried to take me away?”

“Yes, but he helps us all of the time,” Tiff said.

“Oh. That’s interesting.”

“Yeah. How about we get going? We should be getting home in a little while anyway.”

You nodded to them and since the two kids and the pink Star Warrior had a little time, they took you to a few main areas of Cappy Town. What you did not know was that someone was watching your conversation the entire time and no one knew this except for himself. He even watched you while touring the town. You really became interested in the town because it seemed like back home to you a lot.

When you got to the castle, Tiff and Tuff took you with Kirby back to their home. Their parents were very nice and you found out that Tiff’s dad was the duke of the kingdom. That was something you would have never expected.

Tiff took you with Tuff and Kirby down many halls. What you all did not know was that the warrior you were looking for was watching you the entire time. You walked through the halls as then you felt a gust of wind on the back of your legs. Your body quickly turned around and you immediately saw nothing behind you. You thought it was mysterious. Tiff took you through a few more halls and then you heard a door shut in the next hallway. The four of you rounded another corner to finally come upon one of the many doors that you all stopped at. Tiff then stepped next to the door as you stared at it curiously when she knocked on it.

“Meta Knight, are you there?” Tiff called out.

There was no response for a moment. Moments later, they all heard slow footsteps going through the room on the other side of the wall and the door opened after the footsteps. Meta Knight came out from behind the door and looked to see Tiff, Tuff, Kirby and lastly you.

His golden eyes locked with your (e/c) eyes. You remembered back to that face all that time ago. The only face you saw when you left and you gasped. That face was his!
